A Message From Our Founder

A message to our valued customers.

We are continuing to deliver essential food, supplement and vitamin products to our customers as normal. We feel it is our duty, to our customers, team members and community, to support them as best possible at this time with essential healthy nutrition.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to evolve, we are prioritising the health and safety of all our customers and employees.

Following the advice of the Government (www.gov.uk/coronavirus), we wanted to reassure you and let you know about how we are operating currently.

For You

Will my order be delivered?

We are currently shipping upwards of 99% of orders on time – so depending on your location and if you've chosen next day delivery the majority of orders are being delivered within 24 hours in the UK. As this is an ever changing situation things may change and we will keep you posted on any developments. However, as our couriers are delivering to the nation from thousands of retailers we may see the odd occasion where there's a delay - If you're unlucky to be experiencing this, we ask you give us 5 working days before reaching out to our customer service team.

Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?

If you are self-isolating (we're with you!), our delivery partners are happy to deliver to your doorstep or a safe place. Just request prior via the couriers website or if your delivery is with Hermes via the myplaces section on the Hermes app, or indicate to the driver upon arrival.

Elevated demand

Despite increased demand for our products (particularly Protein, Foods and Vitamins), we don't expect to suffer from product shortages (ok maybe the odd one!) due to our robust supply chain!

Manufacturing

We manufacture over 90% of our products in-house. Our state-of-the-art facility has a 5* Food Hygiene Rating and is GMP Certified. We can confirm we have elevated cleaning and sanitisation processes further.

Customer Service

You may experience some slight delays due to the increased volume they are dealing with. Remember you can contact our team via email or Instagram.

Our Employees

Many of our teams who are office based are working from home. We are encouraging telephony & video communication. Facilitating our staff with all the neccessary needs in order to do their job effectively but also being mindful of their mental and physical health.

For our remaining colleagues responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operation: we’ve increased our cleaning, hygiene and sanitisation protocols with social distancing measures in place and a full communication has been circulated and implemented around self-quarantine measures. We have taken the decision that anyone who isn't employed by our business can no longer enter our office, production or warehouse space.

As new information continues to become available, we will continue to keep our employees and customers updated.
