These took forever to arrive. Several weeks, and I can't say as I've noticed any effects from taking them. Other branded mushroom products I've tried have definitely had more potency.

I would equate these tablets as a short, sharp kick of caffine-like energy. I take them in the morning and I find that I'm sharper mentally at work, right through until about 3-4pm. I can honestly say that I have felt a difference when taking them and so while it might vary from person to person, it was certainly effective on me.
