Good but the ingredients are a little crazy I tried Warrior Rage Pre Workout Powder and really noticed the difference by my second time using it at the gym. It gave me a good boost of energy and helped me push through my workout when I might normally start to slow down. I also felt like I had more energy left afterwards and recovered better after training.The flavour is good, it mixes well, and the 45 servings make it good value for money.
