Perfect for Carb-loading I use this as part of my workout drink - taste is grand & it’s last quite a while - surprising!!Only downfall - scoop is awkwardly big compared to the grams I need - but apart from that I am happy with my purchase. It does work! Fantastic stuff. Used up the tub in less than a month, normally just before body pump or a cardio session and it does indeed allow you to push a little further. One time I even managed to get in an extra 10 minutes on satan's machine also known as the Stairmaster. I took off a star because its expensive for what it is. Taste is nothing special, like strawberry squash, but it is one of the better tasting dextrin powders on the market Flavour: Savage Strawberry

Used this for 2 weeks - Results I used this product for 2 weeks now with a training partner and we definitely have seen a difference. Most important for me was recovery and I used to get tired very easily after going to the gym and my body was occasionally sore. However, after a few days of taking this regularly, I saw an improvement in my energy levels after work out and throughout the day. I wasn't as tired and weak as I sometimes get after training. One of the best things was that my body wasn't hurting as well. It definitely increases energy as well.One of the main worries was the taste when buying this, However, it wasn't an issue and taste is perfectly fine.I took half a serving before workout and half after - making one whole serving along with my meals. 2 weeks on and seeing positive results.
