FAQs
Do I need a loading phase?
No. Taking your daily serving consistently gradually tops up the creatine stored in your muscles over around three to four weeks. A loading phase (around 20 g a day for a week) gets there faster, but it isn't needed, and larger single doses are more likely to upset your stomach.
Should I take it before or after training?
Whenever suits you best. Studies comparing creatine taken just before or just after training have found similar results, and expert reviews conclude that taking it consistently every day matters more than the exact timing. On rest days, take your serving at any convenient time. Many people find it easiest to have it with a meal.
I missed a day. Should I double up?
No need to double up. Creatine works by gradually topping up the creatine stored in your muscles, and those stores fall slowly. Studies show they take around four to six weeks to return to normal after stopping completely, so one missed day makes very little difference. Just take your usual serving the next day and carry on. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Will creatine make me bloated or gain weight?
Some people notice a small rise in weight in the first week or so, mostly water held in the muscles. It's seen mainly with high-dose βloadingβ of around 20 g a day. Studies using lower daily amounts over several weeks have generally not found meaningful changes in body water, and research has not found that creatine increases body fat. Large single doses (10 g or more) are more likely to upset the stomach; our recommended daily serving is well below that.
Can I take creatine with coffee?
Yes, most people can. One small 1996 study suggested very high caffeine intakes might blunt creatine during a high-dose loading phase. Later studies using coffee or caffeine have not consistently found this, and a recent expert review concluded the two are unlikely to work against each other at normal intakes. A few people report mild stomach discomfort taking them together. If that's you, take them at different times of day.
Is creatine suitable for women?
Yes. Creatine has been studied in both men and women, and the same daily serving applies. Take it every day, including rest days; there is no need to time it to your cycle. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your GP before use.
Does creatine cause hair loss?
This worry comes from a single 2009 study of 20 rugby players taking high doses, which found a rise in DHT, a hormone linked to male-pattern hair loss. That study didn't measure hair. A 2025 randomised controlled trial in men taking 5 g a day for 12 weeks found no difference in DHT, hair density or hair thickness compared with a placebo. Research has not found that creatine causes hair loss, though studies are limited. If you're concerned about hair loss, speak to your GP.
Does creatine harm your kidneys?
Studies in healthy adults taking recommended amounts have not found that creatine harms kidney function. Creatine can raise creatinine, the marker used in routine blood tests to estimate kidney function, so results can appear lower than they really are. If you're having a kidney blood test, tell your doctor you take creatine. If you have a kidney condition, diabetes or high blood pressure, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18, speak to your GP before use.

A decent creatine powder.
This creatine powder mixes well and tastes absolutely fine, so no issues on that front. You get 80 servings in total from the 360g tub, which will last me a good few months I would imagine. It's done a good job so far, helping to give me a boost and helping with muscle recovery after my workout. My only concern is that the best before date isn't visible on the packaging, as it's been slightly rubbed off, so it could be out of date for all I know. All in all, it's a good addition to my supplement stash.

Not great at disolving in water and mediocre taste
If you like to hit the gym hard, it is imperative to constantly have your vitamin/mineral levels in check. Creatine is also great for aiding muscle growth, so this creatine/vitamin/mineral powder is a great combination powder to hit both needs. The powder by Warrior arrives in a sealed tub that is good for 80 servings if you follow the mixing guidelines. The drink is vaguely sweet and while the scent is strong, the taste had only a very mild citrus flavour, which wasn't bad but not as pleasant as I had hoped for.I also found that the powder struggles to fully dissolve in water, but if shaken well enough and had quickly you will not notice the sediment (though you will definitely feel the floury texture). At the time of writing this tub is Β£15.92 (discounted from Β£18), which is not a bad price for a combo powder good for 80 servings.Overall, I'm a little conflicted on this product.Functionally I think it does everything it should, however the flavour was disappointing and the fact the powder isn't great at dissolving makes it only a mid-tier product for me.

Not to my taste
My husband generally likes warrior products - but he said this tastes vile, sorry. Is a bit low in the creatine levels, only 3.5g per scoop, but you can add a larger scoop, just get less servings within the pot.It does mix well, not gritty. But can definitely taste the artificial sweeteners in it. And leaves an aftertaste.

Good taste
*** Warrior Creatine Monohydrate Powder + Vitamins 360g - Performance & Recovery - Pure Micronised Multivitamin Nutrition Blend - Vitamin A, B12, C, D, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc - 80 Servings (Citrus Blast) ***First things first, the only real drawback to this IMO is that the dosage of the Creatine is a little low. However, this is easily rectified by just taking a bigger scoop. You get 3.5g of Creatine per serving with this, but most people will want 5g per serving. So taking 1.5 scoops (basically just one big scoop) will get you there.Outside of that, this is perfect. The taste is actually pretty good, I was a little worried since it shows a picture of an orange on the front and I don't like orange stuff usually, but this mixes all of the citrus fruits really well to create a nice tangy flavour that doesn't really taste of any one fruit but is just a nice fruit cocktail in your mouth. It also comes with the added bonus of having a multivitamin built into this as well. So you get a little top up of each of your main minerals and vitamins along side the Creatine Monohydrate. Do you need this? Possibly not. But it is a nice 'just in case' to have IMO.Price wise, this is a little more expensive than you would pay for just plain Creatine Monohydrate by the same company, but it is still a pretty good price and more than competitive when compared to other brands too. And even when you take into account having 1.5 servings instead of 1 serving, the price still works out pretty good overall. Especially when considering the multivitamin you're getting along side. All in all, Warrior is a brand I have been using for a long time now, typically just their flavoured Creatine Monohydrate on its own, and this lives up to the quality I have come to expect from them. Definitely feel happy to recommend this to people.

Good supplements by a trusted brand
I got this creatine and vitamin supplement powder to use in place of multivitamin tablets. We have used protein powders by the same brand so trust it for quality. The powder comes in a small pot and includes a measuring scoop. The instructions recommend adding one scoop to some water or juice, but doesnβt specify how much quantity of liquid. I tried it with 200 mls of water and mixed it up well in a protein cup. I thought it tasted quite nice with a slight hint of mixed berry flavour but felt a little chalky. I subsequently tried it with larger quantities of water, and some summer fruit squash cordial and found this was more palatable. This is a decent creatine supplement from a well-known brand which is reasonably priced.

Warrior Creatine Monohydrate Powder β Lacks in Dose, Flavour Could Be Better
The Warrior Creatine Monohydrate Powder provides solid recovery and performance benefits, with the added bonus of a micronised formula that mixes well without the typical grit of regular creatine. The added multivitamins (A, B12, C, D, E, magnesium, iron, and zinc) are a good addition for overall health. However, the big drawback is the creatine dose. The recommended serving size is 5g, but this powder only provides 4g per serving, which falls short of the optimal dosage. While it may still provide some benefits, it doesnβt fully match the recommended amount for maximum effectiveness.Additionally, the Mixed Berry flavour isnβt the best. Itβs overly sweet and artificial, which may be off-putting to those who prefer a more natural taste. It dissolves well in water, but the flavour might make it harder to enjoy consistently.

Artificially sweet
I feel like you get half the instructions with this, it says use 1 scoop (provided) in water but then doesn't say how much. I used just over half a tumbler and that seemed about right, I did add a little more in the end for the last glug when it looked like there was still some residue at the bottom. It dissolves well in water, just needed a quick stir with a teaspoon whereas some powders need a vigorous shake!Easy way to get good stuff in your body but it is very sweet, it tastes like actual berry sweets rather than real berries but I have a sweet tooth so I quite liked it!
Flavour: Mixed Berry
Tastes like a*se
A decent enough product, but taste absolute rank.On that basis, I couldn't use it in the end.I'll stick with unflavoured in the future.

Oh my days
If you re dryscooping this, holding your breath won't help the taste go away sooner ________ yuck, This isn't a good creatine to start ur loading phase with, it has whatever vitamins they say it has, might upset your stomach even more. Be careful (the flavour is horrendous)

Is what it is gets the job done
Great price and servings per tub and get your creatine goals easily flavour isn't amazing almost void of flavour add to juice to make it more enjoyable if flavour was better it would be a 5 star

Tastes great!
It's an excellent product, it tastes good. The only downside is that it's worth drinking it from glass, because if you put it in any metal container, like a travel mug then it's going to discolour that container. It's wild blue colour is definitely unusual.

Good overall
Iβve been using this creatine and multivitamin blend for about a month now, and overall itβs been a positive experience. The packaging is clean, sturdy, and well-presented, and the tub seals properly, which is always reassuring. The instructions are straightforward and easy to follow, so getting started was simple. The Blue Razz flavour is surprisingly good. It mixes well with water and but leaves a bit of chalky texture, which is something Iβve had issues with in other creatine powders as well. Itβs easy to take daily without feeling like a chore. In terms of performance, Iβve noticed a moderate effect during training sessionsβmainly slightly better endurance and recovery. I havenβt seen a dramatic difference yet, but that may be because itβs still early days; creatine can take longer to show full benefits depending on the person.Price is reasonable for combining creatine and vitamins when separately could be more expensive by other brands.Overall, this is a solid product with good taste and smell, good presentation, and clear instructions. Iβm giving it 4 stars mainly because the performance changes so far have been subtle, but Iβm optimistic that continued use may show more noticeable results.

Nice Creatine Powder
I bought this for my brother and heβs really enjoyed it. The flavour is very nice and it mixes well with water, making it easy and pleasant to drink. Really happy with this purchase.

A Really Nice Tasting Creatine & Vitamin Powder.
I absolutely love this Creatine & Multivitamin powder the Blue Razz flavour is surprisingly good it's sweet but not overpowering and mixes smoothly with no gritty texture. Iβve been using it for a few weeks and have already noticed better energy in the gym and quicker recovery after heavy sessions. The added vitamins and minerals are a huge bonus which saves me from buying a separate multivitamin. It feels great knowingthe tub is great value with 80 servings that actually last. Overall itβs convenient, tastes great, and genuinely makes a difference. Highly recommended.

warrior creating powder
This warrior creating powder comes in a large tub which is around half full and also contains a small scoop for measuring. The powder dissolves pretty easily and quickly in water and seems to have a positive effect so i would say its decent quality, however I'm not overly keen on the flavour.

Easy, Tasty, and Gym-Bag Sized!
I picked up the Warrior Creatine + Vitamins powder because I wanted something simple to mix into my post-workout routine. The citrus flavour is surprisingly good, not too sweet, and mixes smoothly without turning into that gritty sludge some powders do. Itβs handy having creatine and vitamins in one tub, as it saves me reaching for a pile of different bottles each morning. Iβve been using it after training, and it feels like an easy way to stay consistent without overthinking things. The tubβs a decent size too, and the scoop makes it quick to measure out. My only small complaint is that the lid can be a bit stubborn if your hands are sweaty after a session, but thatβs minor. Itβs tidy, effective, and does exactly what I bought it for. Worth the money. I give this product my recommendation.

Effective Creatine and Vitamin Blend
This creatine and vitamin powder has impressed me with its quality and effectiveness. The taste is pleasant, making it easy to incorporate into my routine. I find it mixes well with liquids, ensuring no clumps remain. It offers great value for money, supporting my training and recovery without any fuss.

Review of creatine
Itβs very good other than the taste and the mixability as itβs a very artificial taste. Doesnβt mix too well. You get a big amount of it and for the price itβs good.

Great taste, packed full of nutrients & minerals to help fuel your workouts & aid your recovery.
I've been using this Warrior Blue Razz Creatine + Vitamins daily for the last month now & it has quickly become one of my favourite supplements in my stack.I have bought Warrior's standard unflavoured creatine powder a handful of times in the past & have always been really happy with the quality & results of their products so i was really looking forward to using this one & giving it a try to see how it compared to the standard creatine.I thought the blue razz flavour tasted absolutely amazing, it mixes effortlessly into the water & i found it really enjoyable to drink. Now being the +Vitamins version this is so much more than just your standard creatine as it's packed with a whole host of minerals & vitamins to help fuel your workouts & aid your recovery afterwards.Inside each serving you'll find 3.5g of creatine plus Vitamins A, B12, C, D, E, Magnesium, Iron and Zinc.Over the last month since i swapped over to this creatine i've not noticed any dips in my usual performance during my workouts & have been really happy with how well it's performed up till now.In each tub you get 80 servings so i think this supplement offers great value for money & it is definitely something i'd buy again & recommend to others.

Creatine + vitamins
Another creatine powder, but with the added benefit of including key vitamins, therefore a little more convenient. I've used a number of warrior products, mainly the oats based protein bars and I always find their products good value and taste. This powder mixes well and I thought the taste was enjoyable too.
