FAQs
Do I need a loading phase?
No. Taking your daily serving consistently gradually tops up the creatine stored in your muscles over around three to four weeks. A loading phase (around 20 g a day for a week) gets there faster, but it isn't needed, and larger single doses are more likely to upset your stomach.
Should I take it before or after training?
Whenever suits you best. Studies comparing creatine taken just before or just after training have found similar results, and expert reviews conclude that taking it consistently every day matters more than the exact timing. On rest days, take your serving at any convenient time. Many people find it easiest to have it with a meal.
I missed a day. Should I double up?
No need to double up. Creatine works by gradually topping up the creatine stored in your muscles, and those stores fall slowly. Studies show they take around four to six weeks to return to normal after stopping completely, so one missed day makes very little difference. Just take your usual serving the next day and carry on. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Will creatine make me bloated or gain weight?
Some people notice a small rise in weight in the first week or so, mostly water held in the muscles. It's seen mainly with high-dose “loading” of around 20 g a day. Studies using lower daily amounts over several weeks have generally not found meaningful changes in body water, and research has not found that creatine increases body fat. Large single doses (10 g or more) are more likely to upset the stomach; our recommended daily serving is well below that.
Can I take creatine with coffee?
Yes, most people can. One small 1996 study suggested very high caffeine intakes might blunt creatine during a high-dose loading phase. Later studies using coffee or caffeine have not consistently found this, and a recent expert review concluded the two are unlikely to work against each other at normal intakes. A few people report mild stomach discomfort taking them together. If that's you, take them at different times of day.
Is creatine suitable for women?
Yes. Creatine has been studied in both men and women, and the same daily serving applies. Take it every day, including rest days; there is no need to time it to your cycle. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your GP before use.
Does creatine cause hair loss?
This worry comes from a single 2009 study of 20 rugby players taking high doses, which found a rise in DHT, a hormone linked to male-pattern hair loss. That study didn't measure hair. A 2025 randomised controlled trial in men taking 5 g a day for 12 weeks found no difference in DHT, hair density or hair thickness compared with a placebo. Research has not found that creatine causes hair loss, though studies are limited. If you're concerned about hair loss, speak to your GP.
Does creatine harm your kidneys?
Studies in healthy adults taking recommended amounts have not found that creatine harms kidney function. Creatine can raise creatinine, the marker used in routine blood tests to estimate kidney function, so results can appear lower than they really are. If you're having a kidney blood test, tell your doctor you take creatine. If you have a kidney condition, diabetes or high blood pressure, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18, speak to your GP before use.

Superior Quality
Great quality. Mixes well just by shaking the bottle around. I have a shaker ball but don’t even use it. It’s also very clean and the taste is a perfect level, not too sweet. I’ve tried several flavours and none of them miss. I also can feel & see a tangible difference in my workouts & recovery.
Flavour: Citrus Blast
Easy to mix, great taste, easy to mix
This is a great post workout powder that works very well. This arrives as a powder that needs mixing, which is very easy, allowing you to mix with water or juice. This mixes really well (a shaker is ideal for that) and leaves very little residue. Being a berry taste is ideal as that is not too sweet or overpowering. This is a creatine and collagen mix, with a 5 grams of collagen and 3 grams of creatine in every serving, ideal for post workout recovery, although as the listing says, you can drink this at any time (I will also point out the the tub says 5 grams collagen, 3 grams creatine, but the listing has them switched around). The berry taste has a good smell to it, nothing over powering though. Inside the tub you get 30 servings in a 270g tub, which is about right for this sized tub. Price wise, I think this is probably about the right price for the product as it is a good size. Overall a good post workout drink that is easy to mix, has a great taste and works well. The tub also has a long shelf life at 2028, although once opened I would use it quicker than that.

I might have to berry this is the garden
I used this to see if it could improve muscle energy and recovery after intense running and cycling. The powder disperses fairly well into water, though blending ensures consistency. It comes with a measuring spoon inside and removes the guess work in control the mixture ratio. The mixed berry flavour and smell is okay rather than appetising, but it has a sickly sweet aftertaste, which I could not physically stomach. I recognise this is down to personal taste; it makes it difficult therefore to provide a long term review of the performance of the powder. So in fairness based on the above points review 3/5.
Flavour: Mixed Berry
It doesn’t dissolve very well, always at the bottom of the glass or vessel. Unflavoured at least isn’t overloaded full of terrible sweetener and sherbet-like flavours.
Great stuff, great value for what it is
I actually love this! I was so worried it wouldn't dissolve properly or taste weird but it's completely tasteless and dissolves fully. I mix mine with a dash of cordial and room temp water as it mixes easier then put in fridge and take to gym when cold. Brilliant stuff, excited to see the benefits over the coming months!
Flavour: Unflavoured
I would highly recommend this product i have tried 3 creatines from you and they all taste 10/10
and i have seen a differnce in my gym progress since taking these supplements
Wild berry flavour is revolting.
Bought this wild berry creatine a few weeks ago..have been using it, as IS what it says on the tub..but I just have to stop..it tastes absolutely revolting. The flavour is BEYOND sickly sweet. Get another flavour! You will regret it instantly if you do. I'm on here now getting a different flavour and thought I would warn others __

Great Creatine & Collagen Mix
Easy to mix, tastes good, and a convenient way to get creatine and collagen together. Very happy with it.
Flavour: Unflavoured
The Citrus Blast Creatine + Collagen has been a genuinely practical purchase. It saves me opening two separate tubs, it mixes smoothly with cold water, and the format suits my day. One scoop keeps my cupboard less cluttered. I am glad I tried it.
My priorities were convenience and a product I would actually use consistently. The Warrior two-in-one powder has both flavoured and unflavoured choices, while it also combines creatine with hydrolysed collagen in one serving. I use extra water for a lighter taste. I will keep buying it.
Quick review. The Watermelon Ice Creatine + Collagen keeps the formula practical rather than complicated. The tub sits beside my usual protein powder. I will keep buying it.
I have tried a few products in this sort of category, but this daily creatine collagen drink stands out because it keeps the formula practical rather than complicated. It also saves me opening two separate tubs. The flavoured version works well in a bottle after training. Already planning the next order.
I wanted a more convenient daily supplement routine, and this creatine and collagen blend has been a good choice. It combines creatine with hydrolysed collagen in one serving. I am glad I tried it.

Its pretty good, pretty cheap for how much you get, only need a small amount per 1L of water as its very strong. Helping me to drink more and my skin is smoother
