FAQs
Why combine creatine and vitamins?
Two habits become one. You get the proven 3g creatine dose and a complete daily micro layer — vitamins A, C, D, E, B12, magnesium, iron and zinc — in the same sachet, with no pill drawer to manage.
How much of each is in a serving?
3g of micronised creatine monohydrate plus the 8-strong vitamin and mineral blend. 30 servings per pack, sugar-free.
Do I need to take it every day?
Yes — rest days included. Creatine works through saturation and micros work through daily coverage; consistency drives both.
Should I still take a multivitamin?
Check your totals first. Half a sachet already carries a full daily micro layer, so doubling up is usually unnecessary.
Is it sugar-free and fasting-friendly?
Yes — every serving is sugar-free with effectively zero calories, gluten-free and non-GMO.
Do I need a loading phase?
No. Taking your daily serving consistently gradually tops up the creatine stored in your muscles over around three to four weeks. A loading phase (around 20 g a day for a week) gets there faster, but it isn't needed, and larger single doses are more likely to upset your stomach.
Should I take it before or after training?
Whenever suits you best. Studies comparing creatine taken just before or just after training have found similar results, and expert reviews conclude that taking it consistently every day matters more than the exact timing. On rest days, take your serving at any convenient time. Many people find it easiest to have it with a meal.
I missed a day. Should I double up?
No need to double up. Creatine works by gradually topping up the creatine stored in your muscles, and those stores fall slowly. Studies show they take around four to six weeks to return to normal after stopping completely, so one missed day makes very little difference. Just take your usual serving the next day and carry on. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Will creatine make me bloated or gain weight?
Some people notice a small rise in weight in the first week or so, mostly water held in the muscles. It's seen mainly with high-dose “loading” of around 20 g a day. Studies using lower daily amounts over several weeks have generally not found meaningful changes in body water, and research has not found that creatine increases body fat. Large single doses (10 g or more) are more likely to upset the stomach; our recommended daily serving is well below that.
Can I take creatine with coffee?
Yes, most people can. One small 1996 study suggested very high caffeine intakes might blunt creatine during a high-dose loading phase. Later studies using coffee or caffeine have not consistently found this, and a recent expert review concluded the two are unlikely to work against each other at normal intakes. A few people report mild stomach discomfort taking them together. If that's you, take them at different times of day.
Is creatine suitable for women?
Yes. Creatine has been studied in both men and women, and the same daily serving applies. Take it every day, including rest days; there is no need to time it to your cycle. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your GP before use.
Does creatine cause hair loss?
This worry comes from a single 2009 study of 20 rugby players taking high doses, which found a rise in DHT, a hormone linked to male-pattern hair loss. That study didn't measure hair. A 2025 randomised controlled trial in men taking 5 g a day for 12 weeks found no difference in DHT, hair density or hair thickness compared with a placebo. Research has not found that creatine causes hair loss, though studies are limited. If you're concerned about hair loss, speak to your GP.
Does creatine harm your kidneys?
Studies in healthy adults taking recommended amounts have not found that creatine harms kidney function. Creatine can raise creatinine, the marker used in routine blood tests to estimate kidney function, so results can appear lower than they really are. If you're having a kidney blood test, tell your doctor you take creatine. If you have a kidney condition, diabetes or high blood pressure, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18, speak to your GP before use.
Off the shelf. Into the routine.

Why creatine + vitamins beats creatine alone

Creatine drives output

02
Micros run the engine
Vitamin D supports normal muscle function; B12 and iron support energy metabolism and oxygen transport; zinc supports protein synthesis. Training raises demand for all of them.

When to tear
Four windows. One sachet fits all.
One scoop · 300–500ml cold water
01
Foggy mornings
Brain fuel for the hard days
Gordji-Nejad (2024): a single creatine dose before 21 hours of sleep deprivation raised brain phosphocreatine, dropped subjective fatigue and beat baseline processing speed.
02
Pre-training
Strength and power
Half a sachet in 300–500ml of cold water, 30–60 minutes before. Hummer (2019): +13.4% back squat 1RM and +26% concentric work over six weeks vs placebo.
03
Post-training
Recovery and retention
Co-ingesting creatine with carbs raises whole-body retention ~60% (Green 1996) — and the micro layer — D, B12, zinc, magnesium — supports the recovery and adaptation you just trained for.
04
Daily maintenance
The unsexy one that matters most
Half a sachet, every day, rest days included. The long-tail benefits only show up if you stay saturated — and the ISSN position stand supports long-term daily use as safe.
Timing
Take it at a consistent time. Most people take it in the morning, or before/after training.
Results
Benefits typically show in 2–3 weeks, with full saturation around week 4.
Loading
No loading phase required. A standard 3g daily serving reaches saturation without GI discomfort or water-weight spikes.
Backed by Science
Training raises the demand for the boring stuff — vitamin D, B12, zinc, magnesium — and modern diets routinely under-deliver it. Creatine + Vitamins pairs the proven 3g dose with the micro layer that lets the adaptation actually happen. Half a sachet, no pill drawer.

Convenient Creatine Supplement
The individual sachets make it easy to throw a few into a gym bag, backpack, or desk drawer without carrying a large tub and scoop around. The mixed berry flavour is surprisingly pleasant and much easier to drink than many unflavoured or artificially flavoured creatine powders. It mixes reasonably well with water and doesn't leave the strong chemical aftertaste that some supplements have. The added vitamins are a nice bonus and make it feel more like a daily wellness drink rather than just another gym supplement. The creatine dosage is suitable for everyday use, and having the vitamins included means one less supplement to think about. I particularly liked using it on busy days when I was travelling or heading straight to the gym after work. The sachets are neat, portable, and remove the hassle of measuring powder. The drink has a pleasant berry flavour, although there is a slight sweetness that may not suit everyone. Like most creatine products, a small amount can settle at the bottom if left standing for too long, so it's best consumed shortly after mixing. My main criticism is the serving format. Each sachet contains what the manufacturer considers two servings, which feels unnecessarily confusing. Most people will probably use the entire sachet at once rather than trying to divide the powder evenly and store the remainder. It also works out more expensive than buying standard creatine monohydrate in bulk.
Quality All-in-One Blend, But the Two-Dose Sachet Concept Makes No Sense
Review of Warrior Creatine Plus Vitamins Sachets (15 Pack / 30 Servings)This mixed-berry creatine and multivitamin combination provides a high-quality wellness stack, but the physical packaging choices and high cost-per-serving make it a bit of a mixed bag for daily gym goers. The Reality Check:The Sachet Design Flaw: The most confusing part of this product is how the doses are packaged. The box contains 15 individual sachets, but the listing states it contains 30 servings. This is because each single packet contains a heavy 9g of powder, which holds two separate servings (delivering 7g of creatine total per sachet). Unless you want to intentionally take a double dose, trying to cleanly split an open, loose-powder sachet exactly in half completely ruins the "on-the-go" convenience.Taste & Texture: This is not a pure creatine powder. Because it is pre-loaded with a comprehensive vitamin matrix—including highly distinct minerals like iron, zinc, and magnesium—the manufacturer had to include maltodextrin and sucralose sweetener to mask the raw metallic notes. The resulting mixed-berry flavour tastes completely fine and mixes easily into water, mimicking a standard sweet sports drink. The Market, Certificates & Credentials:The Brand Authenticity: This product is developed and mixed by KBF Enterprises Ltd, located at the Guinness Road Trading Estate in Manchester, UK. They are an established, heavily regulated domestic sports supplement powerhouse.Manufacturing Standards: The production line is fully certified under strict UK GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. You can rest assured that the ingredient tracing, blending uniformity, and heavy-metal filtering are verified.Pricing vs. Value: It is significantly more expensive than standard bulk options. For comparison, you can buy a traditional 500g tub of pure unflavoured micronised creatine powder for nearly the same price and get over 160 servings. You are paying a heavy premium here for the added vitamin stack and the single-sachet packaging convenience.Pros:High-Quality UK Blending: Traceable Manchester manufacturing backed by strict GMP compliance.Decent Flavour Profile: Sweet berry taste that covers up harsh mineral tones easily.Micronised Quality: The creatine dissolves smoothly without settling as heavy sand at the bottom of the glass.Cons:Confusing Packet Sizing: Forcing two separate doses into one tear-open sachet is highly impractical.Poor Cost Efficiency: Considerably more expensive per gram than buying a standard tub of pure creatine powder.Verdict:The product inside the sachet is perfectly fine, clean, and well-manufactured. However, because you have to awkwardly divide the loose powder inside a single open packet to get a standard daily dose, the execution fails the convenience test. It is only worth it if you specifically want to take a heavy double-dose stack or don't mind the finicky measuring.
Magical fairy dust
Listen... I don’t know what kind of enchanted berry dust Warrior have put in this creatine, but ten minutes after taking it I basically became a one-woman removal company lol I’m not exaggerating.. I drank it, blinked and suddenly I’d tidied every room, moved furniture, and was seriously considering starting a side hustle called “Angie’s Extreme Home Makeovers (Fuelled by Creatine)”.The flavour is not terrible. Like “I could sip this without pulling a face” nice. But I still added some juice to make it not taste like some kind of medicine I was forced to take because of my dodgy bladder. If you want to feel like you’ve been possessed by the spirit of a hyper-motivated gym goblin - this is the one!!I use it for my workouts too which helps me spend 35 minutes on the cross trainer without actually stopping.10/10. Would tidy the entire house again. However only take one of these a day.
One sachet contains 2 servings
As a regular customer of Warrior products, I was initially really keen to try their new daily wellness blend. It’s great to see growing awareness around the benefits of daily creatine use, especially since it’s not just for bodybuilders or gym-goers. The wild berry flavour tastes good, and the powder dissolves easily in water. However, the packaging and serving logic are where things get a bit confusing. The box comes with 15 sachets, with each individual sachet containing 3.5g of creatine monohydrate alongside vitamins and minerals. Strangely, the directions advise using only half a sachet per serving.I’m not sure why Warrior didn’t just produce smaller sachets containing the correct single-serving amount. Most users expect to pour a sachet contents into a water bottle, and be done with it. Because of the current setup, unless you’re going to weigh out the powder, you’re forced to guess what half a sachet looks like. To make it trickier, the packaging explicitly warns not to exceed the recommended daily dose, but how are you supposed to know if you've done that unless you actually weigh it?I suspect most customers will simply tip the entire contents into their water bottle anyway. Most regular users will find they need to supplement with additional creatine to hit their targets, a point that the product information on this page doesn’t make clear.
There are better form factors out there
** Warrior Creatine Plus Vitamins Sachets, Daily Wellness Drink Mix with 3.5g Creatine and Multivitamin Blend for Energy, Focus, Immunity and Vitality, Zero Sugar Mixed Berry, 15 Sachets **There are good points and bad points to these. The good:- It takes nice. For me this is one of the most important things because unflavoured tastes horrible- The sachets make this really easy to take with you when you're travelling or just need to take it when on the go- I felt it mixed a bit better than creatine normally does and didn't have as much of that powdering textured feeling when drinking it compared to others I have triedThe bad:- This is terrible value for money. You only get 15 sachets for the same price you can get 2 months worth of other types (even by the same company!), so unless you absolutely need the form factor of sachets, its probably not worth it- This is underdosed. There is only 3.5g per sachet of Creatine, but you want to be taking 5g a dayAll in all, these are convenient and it tastes good, but the value isn't there for me, especially since it is underdosed. Just get the tubs by the same company and save yourself a lot of money
Each sachet contains 2 servings - so 7g of creatine per sachet
These creatine drinks from Warrior are a convenient way to get my post workout intake of creatine. Although rather weirdly each sachet contains 2 servings - So you either need to guess how much powder is in half a sachet and then store the other half securely or just take a double serving. The mixed berry flavour, tastes nice and fruity - I just mixed it in a glass with water, rather than using a shaker and it mixed well without any clumping or gravel at the bottom. The drink was nice and there wasn't any chalkiness or unpleasant after taste. Each serving provides 3.5grams of creatine (7gs per sachet) as well of 50% of your recommended daily multivitamins (or 100% if you take the full sachet). They currently cost £15 for 15 sachets (although currently on special offer for under a tenner which is a good price!) so they work out more expensive than a tub of powder, but you're paying for the convenience of the "individual" sachets that you can easily throw in your bag or pocket etc.Overall these are a pleasant and convenient way to take creatine to aid in post workout recovery, it's just weird that they have double servings in a sachet.
Does the basics well, but overpriced
Taste-wise, this is fine, not amazing, but not offensive either. It's easy enough to drink regularly without dreading it, though it's not something I particularly look forward to either, just a fairly neutral, inoffensive flavour that gets the job done.Mixing is a genuine strength here, a quick shake or stir and it dissolves smoothly with no clumping or grittiness left behind, which I appreciate since not every product manages that consistently.Where it falls down for me is the price. For what you're getting, it feels overpriced compared to similar products on the market, and I don't think the taste or mixability alone justify the extra cost. It's not bad by any means, but the value for money just isn't quite there.Three stars, solid on the basics, but the price needs to come down to make it a genuine repeat purchase for me.
used daily for a while, i love these and have purchased more on subscribe and save
These have been excellent for me and are an easy 5 out of 5. The **taste** is pleasant, and the powder mixed well without leaving a gritty mess at the bottom of the drink. The **ease of use** is one of the best parts. I simply add one sachet to my electrolyte drink as part of my **daiily** routine. The **hydration** worked well for me because I was already mixing it into my usual electrolyte drink. The **hydration** side of it fitted naturally into what I was already drinking, while also giving me the added creatine and vitamins. In terms of **effectiveness**, I’ve been very happy with them. I’ve used one every day for a few weeks, gone through multiple packets, and felt they gave me a useful boost in **energy** without being overly sweet. For the convenience of the individual sachets and the fact that I’ve already bought them more than once, the **value for money** is very good. These are now firmly on my repeat-buy list.
Creatine sachets
A really nice daily drink mix that’s easy to use.The mixed berry flavour is great and it mixes up easily without needing a shaker, which makes it convenient. My boyfriend has been enjoying these as a general wellness drink or as a pre-workout option without relying on loads of caffeine.Pros:Great flavourEasy to mixNo shaker neededContains creatine plus vitaminsGood alternative to high-caffeine pre-workoutsA handy sachet option if you want something for energy, training or general wellness.
Good taste and mix well
We got these to try and it’s been good using them. Each sachet has two servings in, which is honestly quite annoying as guessing each serving means you’re not really getting the right amount each time.Still, if you get it close enough then these do mix really well and the taste is very good. They contain creatine for that workout boost and vitamins as well that help give an energy boost. Using them has been good before a workout and we can feel the difference. For the cost these do add to the standard creatine mix and are a step up in taste. It’s a shame they out 2 servings per sachet though. Otherwise these are still good and decent Blake for money. We’re happy with them.
A practical all-in-one supplement drink, though not the cheapest option
These Warrior creatine sachets are a very convenient way to combine daily creatine with a multivitamin blend without needing multiple tubs, capsules and scoops cluttering the kitchen like a small sports nutrition laboratory. The sachets are easy to use, mix fairly well in water and are especially handy for travel, gym bags or work because you can just grab one and go without measuring powders manually. The mixed berry flavour is surprisingly pleasant too. Some creatine products taste like chalk dissolved in disappointment, but this one is much easier to drink and avoids the gritty texture that cheaper creatine mixes sometimes have. The zero sugar aspect is also a positive point for people wanting something flavoured without turning it into a liquid dessert. The added vitamins help give it a more “daily wellness drink” feel rather than being purely gym-focused.The reason I’ve gone with 4 rather than 5 stars is mainly value for money. The product itself works well and is very convenient, but sachet-based supplements almost always end up more expensive compared to buying plain creatine monohydrate in bulk. Also, at 3.5g creatine per sachet, some people heavily focused on training may still choose to top up further depending on their target intake. Overall though, this is a well-designed and user-friendly supplement option for people wanting simplicity, portability and decent flavour in one package.
Aiding my recovery in a different way
I feel a bit of a charlatan reviewing this product, as whilst I was a regular attendee at my local gym until the beginning of April 2026, recent surgery and subsequent ongoing treatment has resulted in me sometimes having limited appetite and more importantly, strenuous activity is banned. So my appraisal is based not upon what I would usually drink this drink for, rather it is a review based upon my hopefully short term treatment following major surgery.Over the previous months I have reviewed a number of Warrior food enhancement packages and I have to be honest, for a fit person who trains regularly, I don't really get an immediate boost when taking these products. What I am confident with however, is that the elements included in these products are empirically proven as to support recovery. In my case at the moment, my recovery is different but I am finding that when mixed, this product is ensuring that I replace vitamins and minerals which I am either not absorbing properly, or not obtaining as my appetite is low on some days.Easily mixed, the solution has a nice pleasant flavour, with no powdery residue or aftertaste. It is best drunk ice cold, in fact the colder the better to ensure that it overrides the sweetness. On a good day, I drink it relatively quickly, but on bad days, I take around half a standard portion and drink it, leaving the remainder until later. So far I have not noticed any difference at all in my well being, however, I am confident that this is aiding my recovery ahead of me starting to return to the gym in around 6 weeks time and testing it for real.
Warrior Creatine Plus Vitamins Sachets (Mixed Berry, 15 Pack)

Convenient creatine sachets that are genuinely easy to work into a daily routine
I’ve tried quite a few creatine supplements over the years, and these Warrior Creatine Plus Vitamins sachets are probably among the easiest for convenience. The individual sachets make them simple to throw into a gym bag or keep at work, and I like that the instructions clearly state they can be mixed with either water or juice. I personally prefer my supplements with squash and ice, and this mixes perfectly well that way without turning gritty or clumpy. The mixed berry flavour is pleasant enough and much easier to drink than some overly artificial creatine products I’ve tried before. It has a light sweetness , and the powder dissolves fairly quickly with a spoon and a bit of stirring. The added multivitamin blend is also a nice extra for people already looking for a daily supplement routine, rather than needing separate tablets alongside creatine. Each serving contains 3.5g of creatine monohydrate, so it sits comfortably within the usual daily maintenance range for most people. The zero sugar aspect is appreciated too, especially when mixing with flavoured squash or juice. If you already use creatine regularly and want something portable and hassle-free rather than dealing with large tubs and scoops, these are a very practical option.
