It's our creatine, with electrolytes added, in a single-serve sachet — no shaker needed, just tear and go. Creatine is one of the most researched supplements there is for strength and power output; the electrolytes are there for hydration, which matters more on the days you're training hard and sweating it out.

How to use it
Protein: 250-300ml of cold milk in the shaker first, then one level scoop (30g) of whichever tub you're on. Shake hard for 30 seconds, let it settle, shake again. Milk is how to get the best taste out of it — it's what makes it taste like a proper milkshake, not a chalky shake.
Creatine Plus Electrolytes: tear the sachet, tip it into 300-400ml of water, stir or shake, drink. No scoop, no measuring, one sachet is one full serving.
What it isn't
The protein isn't whey, isn't vegan (there's milk in it), isn't gluten-free (the glutamine peptides come from wheat protein), and isn't a meal replacement. Neither product is for kids: they're made for adults, and anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing should check with a qualified health professional first.

Can I choose my own flavour split, or swap the sachets?

What should I mix the protein with?

Do I need to take the creatine and the protein together?
