Great for curbing sugar and sleep I started taking this as a bit of a detox not due to alcohol but always trying diffefent herbal tablets these are amazing for some reason I'm sleeping like a dream and its curbed my sugar cravings not completely but a lot..only thing I'm worried about is I'm having tenderness in my right breast which didn't have before its also helped my digestion and made me more regular ..I do hope the breast tenderness subsides as I want to continue i only take 1 per day with my breakfast
