FAQs
How much creatine is in each serving?
A full 3000mg (3g) of creatine monohydrate per 3-gummy serving — the daily dose the authorised performance claim is based on.*
Are they really lab tested?
Yes. Every batch is HPLC-tested by two independent labs — Precision Analysis and A&T Global Test Solutions. Blue Razz measured 24.2g/100g and Grape Fury 27.7g/100g creatine; the certificates are linked above.
Why gummies instead of powder?
Adherence. Creatine works through daily saturation, and the powder routine — shaker, water, washing up — is where most people quietly stop. Gummies remove the excuses; the dose is identical.
Do they contain sugar?
Yes — they’re a real gummy, so there’s a small amount of sugar per serving (sucrose and glucose syrup). Check the label for exact figures.
Are they vegan?
Yes — gelatine-free, made with fruit pectin, suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Can I take more than 3 gummies a day?
The standard serving is 3 (3g). Some take a second serving on heavy days — that’s preference rather than extra benefit, and creatine has a strong safety record well above 3g daily.
Any allergens?
Made in a facility that also handles crustaceans, fish, cereals containing gluten, milk and soya — always check the label if you have an allergy.
Do I need a loading phase?
No. Taking your daily serving consistently gradually tops up the creatine stored in your muscles over around three to four weeks. A loading phase (around 20 g a day for a week) gets there faster, but it isn't needed, and larger single doses are more likely to upset your stomach.
Should I take it before or after training?
Whenever suits you best. Studies comparing creatine taken just before or just after training have found similar results, and expert reviews conclude that taking it consistently every day matters more than the exact timing. On rest days, take your serving at any convenient time. Many people find it easiest to have it with a meal.
I missed a day. Should I double up?
No need to double up. Creatine works by gradually topping up the creatine stored in your muscles, and those stores fall slowly. Studies show they take around four to six weeks to return to normal after stopping completely, so one missed day makes very little difference. Just take your usual serving the next day and carry on. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Will creatine make me bloated or gain weight?
Some people notice a small rise in weight in the first week or so, mostly water held in the muscles. It's seen mainly with high-dose “loading” of around 20 g a day. Studies using lower daily amounts over several weeks have generally not found meaningful changes in body water, and research has not found that creatine increases body fat. Large single doses (10 g or more) are more likely to upset the stomach; our recommended daily serving is well below that.
Can I take creatine with coffee?
Yes, most people can. One small 1996 study suggested very high caffeine intakes might blunt creatine during a high-dose loading phase. Later studies using coffee or caffeine have not consistently found this, and a recent expert review concluded the two are unlikely to work against each other at normal intakes. A few people report mild stomach discomfort taking them together. If that's you, take them at different times of day.
Is creatine suitable for women?
Yes. Creatine has been studied in both men and women, and the same daily serving applies. Take it every day, including rest days; there is no need to time it to your cycle. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your GP before use.
Does creatine cause hair loss?
This worry comes from a single 2009 study of 20 rugby players taking high doses, which found a rise in DHT, a hormone linked to male-pattern hair loss. That study didn't measure hair. A 2025 randomised controlled trial in men taking 5 g a day for 12 weeks found no difference in DHT, hair density or hair thickness compared with a placebo. Research has not found that creatine causes hair loss, though studies are limited. If you're concerned about hair loss, speak to your GP.
Does creatine harm your kidneys?
Studies in healthy adults taking recommended amounts have not found that creatine harms kidney function. Creatine can raise creatinine, the marker used in routine blood tests to estimate kidney function, so results can appear lower than they really are. If you're having a kidney blood test, tell your doctor you take creatine. If you have a kidney condition, diabetes or high blood pressure, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18, speak to your GP before use.

The Mechanism
Why gummies beat the scoop — when the dose is real
01
The dose is the product
Three gummies carry the full 3g — the daily intake the EFSA-authorised performance effect is based on. Under that number, a creatine gummy is just a sweet.*

02
Tested, not trusted
The gummy category is notorious for under-dosing. Every Warrior batch is HPLC-verified by two independent labs — Precision Analysis and A&T — with certificates published.

Three gummies on the bedside table or next to the kettle — the dose is done before the day starts.
02
Pre-training
In the gym bag
No water, no shaker, no mess — chew on the way in. Saturated stores mean more output in short, hard efforts.*

Post-training
On the way out
Timing matters less than saturation — but if post-workout is when you remember, that works perfectly.
04
Anywhere
Desk, car, travel
The pot that’s visible gets finished. Keep it where your day actually happens — that’s the whole design.
Timing
Take it at a consistent time. Most people take it in the morning, or before/after training.
Results
Benefits typically show in 2–3 weeks, with full saturation around week 4.
Loading
No loading phase required. A standard 3g daily serving reaches saturation without GI discomfort or water-weight spikes.
Backed by Science
Creatine only works if you take it every day — and the powder routine is where most people fail. A gummy fixes the habit, but only if the dose is real: the category is riddled with under-dosed products. That’s why every Warrior batch is HPLC-tested by two independent labs and the certificates are public. The full 3g, verified, in a format you’ll actually keep taking.

Convenient way to take Creatine, portable and easy
These Warrior gummies come in a large plastic jar, bigger then most other gummies. You get 90 gummies and the recommended dosage is 3 per day so that equates to 30 servings. I usually have creatine in powder format but gummies are a tastier way of consuming but also convenient as you can carry them around with easily without the need to mix with water. They don't stick to your teeth or to each other. Both myself and my lad tried these and we are not fond of the taste but I would have them anyway. The gummies themselves are quite big. They do help you with giving you more energy or speeding up recovery. For these to work you do need to take them daily without gaps.Gummies are not usually good value for the money, as it's cheaper to have the powdered format but it does provide an alternative to those that want it. Currently priced at £16.49 and has an expiry date of 26/10/2027
Delicious
These creatine gummies are absolutely delicious. I've had other gummy products before and haven't been that bothered so I wasn't sure how I'd get on with these seeing as you have to take 3 a day, my goodness I've had to put them away in the cupboard because I just wanted to pick at them constantly when they were on my desk! They taste and smell exactly like a grape drink I used to love when I was younger (cannot recall the name now!)The texture is like a slightly softer fruit pastille.I think these are absolutely fantastic for putting in your bag and taking on the go rather than having to mess about dissolving powder.Mine had over 18 months til expiry!
Creatine Gummies for Men & Women
This is a review of Warrior Creatine Gummies for Men & Women. It seems to be a good and honest supplement of creatine in the form of gummies.Creatine has been on the supplement market for many years, affecting energy at a cellular level and providing great benefits not only for athletes. It can even help with cognitive issues connected to sleep deprivation. The recommended dosage is only guidance—there is no recommended dose for this supplement. However, 3g per day is rather on the low side, and it allows customers to think that the supplement has great value if it's based only on "how long it will last."The gummies are tasty and do not stick to each other, unlike some other similar products. Gummies are relatively big but rather pleasant to chew and taste like sweets. One gummy contains 1g of creatine, and it seems to be a fair amount as the actual gummy weight is around 5g.I had the opportunity to taste Blue Raz and Grape Fury, and out of the two, my preference goes to Blue Raz. Grape Fury seems to have a bit of an artificial aftertaste, but that's rather a matter of preference only.I did change my rating from 3 to 4 stars. It looks to me that content presentation on many other brands is not as transparent, and it is deserving of appreciation.Although Warrior seems to be a well-known brand, there are no external certificates to confirm the actual content, and the price tag is rather that of a premium brand but without premium assurance.
Great
*** Warrior Creatine Gummies for Men & Women Vegan & Sugar-Free 30 Day Supply Post Workout Chewable Creatine Monohydrate Supplement for Muscle Strength Performance - Blue Razz ***I have been using Warrior's Creatine Monohydrate Powder for a long time now, so when the opportunity came up to try their gummies, I jumped at the chance.Lets get the negative out of the way first, value for money. Gummies are always much worse value compared to just using powder, but because these are only 3g of Creatine per serving (instead of the 5g you usually get with powder) it means that you are actually taking 1.5 servings each day, so you only get about 18 days worth, not 30 days worth. So it works out a little under £1 per day for these. Whereas with their flavoured powder, it can often be less than 20p per day. So it is a big difference in cost. That said, everything about these is great. Gummies are a super flexible way to take creatine as they are much easier to carry around and don't require mixing with water. These taste great too; they have that slightly gritty texture you'd expect from Creatine (but that just gives me confidence they actually contain what they are meant to, unlike some brands) but despite that they still taste really good. The texture is nice and they are easy to chew. Due to the size I usually take 2 at a time until I have had all 5 (You want 5g per day, so 5 gummies, not 3).I also like that there is nothing else with these either, I am not a fan of people mixing random supplements together and selling them as pairs for an increased price. So these are a welcome change to other products I have seen that try to stick BCAAs or whatever in them too.All in all, I do think these are great. They just lose a point for me due to the value for money compared to the powder form.
I had really high hopes for these gummies!! I have had blue raspberry flavoured gummies from another brand and the Warrior ones aren’t as nice as the others. They’re not bad, just not as nice.
Great gummies
Flavour is without the medicinal aftertaste you find in some supplements.Because they are gummies, you can toss them in your bag and eat them on the drive home from the gym without needing a bottle of water or a funnel.Despite being a treat to eat, these are high-strength supplements. You get 3000mg of pure Creatine Monohydrate per 3-gummy serving. It’s an efficient way to hit your daily intake goals for muscle strength and performance. I love that these are Vegan and Sugar-Free.You get a full 30-day supply that is easy to take, tastes great, and delivers the high-performance results of traditional monohydrate without the "supplement chore" feel. Great value from a quality brand.
Sce=ience says they work
Warrior products are widely available are simple to take and according to evidence are effective to take to enhance training. Personally as someone older, who still trains three times a week, I cannot confoirm that it helps me, but the science suggest it does help recovery, particularly when taken consisently and maintained at a steady level. This pack of 90 gummies is a convenient way to take your daily dose, particularly useful when rehydrating which is essential. flavour wise they are sweet, as you would expect and have a texture similar to any gum.
Think they helped my energy levels but gave false positive result on blood tests for renal decline
Bought these to try as 11 years ago was diagnosed with M.E / CFS & am always trying some supplement or other to try to help with energy levels. Do think these helped a little , possibly with ATP production as I think I was able to do a little more/ had less brain fog… However, I have to have blood tests every months due to being on immunosuppressants & these gummies gave a false positive for renal problems which concerned the Dr enough for him to ask for the tests to be repeated. Creatine gummies do not harm the kidneys. However, supplemental creatine breaks down into creatinine, which can temporarily elevate blood creatinine levels—a marker doctors use to measure kidney function. Because of this elevation, kidney function tests based solely on creatinine can be misleading in creatine users. So let your GP know before having any blood tests done & remember to drink lots of water whilst taking creatine.
I like the taste , and that i have more energy with the creatine gummies, but i wish they had a more gummy texture, they are very soft , and not like a gummy .
I have tried a few products in this sort of category, but the Blue Razz creatine gummy stands out because it is convenient when I do not want to carry a shaker. It also has clear three-gummy dosing. I take them at the same time every day. A very solid purchase.
Tried the Blue Razz creatine gummy for a change and I am glad I did. It is convenient when I do not want to carry a shaker. It is ideal when I am travelling.
Taste awesome
These taste amazing, I am in serious danger of overdosing on creatine __. These are like having a treat/sweet the only issue is not eating more than 3 a day.
A nice find. This pot of creatine gummies gives me a full month of servings in one pot. The pot fits neatly into my work bag. Already planning the next order.
My priorities were convenience and a product I would actually use consistently. This chewable creatine is convenient when I do not want to carry a shaker, while it also feels like an easy way to stay consistent. I take them at the same time every day. It does the simple things well.

My priorities were convenience and a product I would actually use consistently. The Grape Fury creatine gummy makes a 3g creatine serving much easier to remember, while it also feels like an easy way to stay consistent. I take them at the same time every day. A very solid purchase.
The Blue Razz creatine gummy has a pleasant chew without the grainy powder routine. I leave the pot by my breakfast so I remember it. Exactly what I wanted.
Very happy with the purchase. I was looking for a vegan gummy with clearly stated dosing, so I gave this chewable creatine a go. It has clear three-gummy dosing. I leave the pot by my breakfast so I remember it, and it has fitted into the routine nicely. A very solid purchase.
Properly impressed. I was looking for a vegan gummy with clearly stated dosing, so I gave the Grape Fury creatine gummy a go. It has clear three-gummy dosing. They are useful on days when I train away from home, and it has fitted into the routine nicely. Still a very good buy overall. The only small drawback is that I would like a larger monthly pot, but good product with a little room for improvement.
