FAQs
Why combine creatine and collagen?
Creatine drives output; collagen supports the tendons, ligaments and skin that output stresses. Muscle adapts in days, connective tissue in months — this sachet feeds both timelines.
How much of each is in a serving?
3.4g of micronised creatine monohydrate plus 5.5g of hydrolysed Type I & III collagen peptides. 30 servings per pack, sugar-free.
What’s the evidence for collagen?
Zdzieblik 2015 showed collagen + resistance training improved body composition and strength; Clark 2008 showed reduced activity-related joint pain in athletes over 24 weeks. Links above open the journals.
Is it vegetarian?
No — the collagen is bovine-derived, which is exactly what makes it Type I & III.
Will it help my skin and hair too?
Type I collagen is the skin’s main structural protein, and the same peptides supply it — the training benefit and the cosmetic one come from half a sachet.
Do I need a loading phase?
No. Taking your daily serving consistently gradually tops up the creatine stored in your muscles over around three to four weeks. A loading phase (around 20 g a day for a week) gets there faster, but it isn't needed, and larger single doses are more likely to upset your stomach.
Should I take it before or after training?
Whenever suits you best. Studies comparing creatine taken just before or just after training have found similar results, and expert reviews conclude that taking it consistently every day matters more than the exact timing. On rest days, take your serving at any convenient time. Many people find it easiest to have it with a meal.
I missed a day. Should I double up?
No need to double up. Creatine works by gradually topping up the creatine stored in your muscles, and those stores fall slowly. Studies show they take around four to six weeks to return to normal after stopping completely, so one missed day makes very little difference. Just take your usual serving the next day and carry on. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Will creatine make me bloated or gain weight?
Some people notice a small rise in weight in the first week or so, mostly water held in the muscles. It's seen mainly with high-dose “loading” of around 20 g a day. Studies using lower daily amounts over several weeks have generally not found meaningful changes in body water, and research has not found that creatine increases body fat. Large single doses (10 g or more) are more likely to upset the stomach; our recommended daily serving is well below that.
Can I take creatine with coffee?
Yes, most people can. One small 1996 study suggested very high caffeine intakes might blunt creatine during a high-dose loading phase. Later studies using coffee or caffeine have not consistently found this, and a recent expert review concluded the two are unlikely to work against each other at normal intakes. A few people report mild stomach discomfort taking them together. If that's you, take them at different times of day.
Is creatine suitable for women?
Yes. Creatine has been studied in both men and women, and the same daily serving applies. Take it every day, including rest days; there is no need to time it to your cycle. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your GP before use.
Does creatine cause hair loss?
This worry comes from a single 2009 study of 20 rugby players taking high doses, which found a rise in DHT, a hormone linked to male-pattern hair loss. That study didn't measure hair. A 2025 randomised controlled trial in men taking 5 g a day for 12 weeks found no difference in DHT, hair density or hair thickness compared with a placebo. Research has not found that creatine causes hair loss, though studies are limited. If you're concerned about hair loss, speak to your GP.
Does creatine harm your kidneys?
Studies in healthy adults taking recommended amounts have not found that creatine harms kidney function. Creatine can raise creatinine, the marker used in routine blood tests to estimate kidney function, so results can appear lower than they really are. If you're having a kidney blood test, tell your doctor you take creatine. If you have a kidney condition, diabetes or high blood pressure, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18, speak to your GP before use.

The Mechanism
Why creatine + collagen beats creatine alone
01
Creatine drives output
A full daily dose keeps muscle stores saturated for repeated high-intensity efforts — the most tested supplement in sport.*
3.4g
02
Collagen feeds the tissue
Hydrolysed peptides supply the amino acids — glycine, proline, hydroxyproline — that tendons, ligaments and skin are actually built from.
Type I+III
03
Together they cover both ends
Zdzieblik 2015: collagen + resistance training improved body composition and strength vs training alone. Clark 2008: reduced activity-related joint pain in athletes over 24 weeks.
5.5g
Recovery is half the job
5.5g of collagen peptides, in every sachet
3.4g
Creatine per serving — a full daily dose, every sachet.*
5.5g
Hydrolysed Type I & III collagen peptides — the connective-tissue layer.
30
Servings per pack — one month of covering both ends of the adaptation.
For the tissue that takes the load
5.5gCollagen I+III
The structure protein
Types I & III make up most of your tendons, ligaments, skin and fascia. Hydrolysed peptides are the absorbable form — shown with training to support strength and body composition.
24wkJoint support
The pain data
A 24-week RCT in athletes with activity-related joint pain found collagen hydrolysate reduced pain during activity vs placebo — the classic study behind training-side collagen.
3.4gCreatine
The output layer
While collagen supports the structure, creatine drives the performance — more output in short, hard efforts, with decades of evidence behind it.*
The First Month
What's happening in your body
Muscle saturation
~25%
When to tear
Four windows. One sachet fits all.
One scoop · 300–500ml cold water
01
Foggy mornings
Brain fuel for the hard days
Gordji-Nejad (2024): a single creatine dose before 21 hours of sleep deprivation raised brain phosphocreatine, dropped subjective fatigue and beat baseline processing speed.
02
Pre-training
Strength and power
Half a sachet in 300–500ml of cold water, 30–60 minutes before. Hummer (2019): +13.4% back squat 1RM and +26% concentric work over six weeks vs placebo.
03
Post-training
Recovery and retention
Co-ingesting creatine with carbs raises whole-body retention ~60% (Green 1996) — and the collagen peptides arrive while blood flow to the worked tissue is highest — raw material for the tendons you just loaded.
04
Daily maintenance
The unsexy one that matters most
Half a sachet, every day, rest days included. The long-tail benefits only show up if you stay saturated — and the ISSN position stand supports long-term daily use as safe.
Timing
Take it at a consistent time. Most people take it in the morning, or before/after training.
Results
Benefits typically show in 2–3 weeks, with full saturation around week 4.
Loading
No loading phase required. A standard 3g daily serving reaches saturation without GI discomfort or water-weight spikes.
Backed by Science
Everyone programs for muscle; almost nobody programs for tendon. Collagen peptides taken around training have been shown to support connective-tissue synthesis and reduce activity-related joint pain in athletes — the exact tissue heavy lifting stresses most. Pairing it with a full creatine dose covers both ends: the output and the structure that survives it.

Creatine+collagen for women's
Very sweet and effective, giving me enough energy. Easy for use everywhere. Creatine3g and collagen 5g
This is so sweet
When I saw the reviews about how sweet this was, I ignored them because I have a sweet tooth. Don't! This is insanely sweet. And it's the kind of sweetness that is pure sugar* with no depth so it really sticks around. In total, I ended up mixing this with 1L of water before it was manageable. Then I had 1L of the stuff to drink. As for the supplement itself, only time will tell if I can stick with it long enough to see any benefits. 3 stars because it is what it is and I was warned.
Great taste and super convenient
I’ve tried a lot of creatine products over the years, and these flavoured creatine packets are by far the most convenient option I’ve used. The single-serve packets make it incredibly easy to toss a few in my gym bag or take with me when travelling — no messy scooping or bulky tubs. The flavour is actually enjoyable (which is rare for creatine). It mixes smoothly in water with no gritty texture or weird aftertaste. I’ve had zero stomach discomfort, and it dissolves much better than the unflavoured powders I’ve tried in the past. After a few weeks of consistent use, I’ve definitely noticed improved strength, better endurance during workouts, and faster recovery between sessions. It’s an easy addition to my routine and makes staying consistent simple. If you want effective creatine without the hassle, especially if you’re always on the go, these packets are a great choice. I’ll definitely be repurchasing.
Convenient way to get creatine in
These individual sachets make it really easy to take creatine on the go. I like to ensure I have a daily intake of creatine so if I were to be travelling or away from home, this makes it easy not to miss out on my creatine. The sachets include 3g, which is ok but I do usually take 5g so it is a bit less than I would like. The content also includes collagen supplements which I've been meaning to take supplements of for my skin so I love how this is included in this product already. The drink is enjoyable to have with water, it's not intense or too artificial so easy to drink. For 15 sachets at the current price of £14.99 it's almost £1 a sachet, which isn't too bad for a convenient way to take creatine.
Brand carries decent weight, nice to add to daily routine.
These creatine and collagen sachets are easy to incorporate into a daily routine, especially for workouts on the go. The powder mixes smoothly with water and has a pleasant mixed berry flavour without being overly sweet. I’ve been using it post-workout, and while results take time, it’s reassuring to have both muscle and joint support in one drink. The individual sachets are convenient, though less economical than larger tubs. Overall, it’s a well-thought-out option for active lifestyles.
Creatine and collagen in handy to take anywhere sachets
You are getting a box of 15 individual sachets - each containing 3g of Creatine and 5g of Collagen Peptides which are decent ratios. They mix easily with a water and taste nice once dissolved. There are no lumps once the sachet powder is mixed with water either. i like the mix of creatine and collagen- making sure I'm taking care of my skin and hair as well as my muscle strength. They also have no added sugar- they do container sucralose- sweetener though.I like to take it post workout- quick and easy to prepare. Its also putting my mind at ease knowing they are manufactured in a GMP-certified UK facility which assures they are adhering to the standards and quality. For on the go creating sachets these are good value too.
Awesome Multi Benefit Sachets- Recommended
Hubby has used quite a few Warrior products support his workouts and always been very impressed with the quality and effectiveness of them. This is a great all in one for both gains and recovery so is really convenient as it hits your creatine. needs and gives you a good collagen boost too. Mixes really easily and tastes good so would definitely recommend trying and get again.
convenient supplement mix
I like the convenience of the individual sachets for taking to the gym. The mixed berry flavour is pleasant and not too sweet. It mixes easily in water with no gritty texture. I feel it has helped with my recovery after workouts. The combination of creatine and collagen in one product is useful. The packaging keeps everything fresh and portable.
Trusted brand
The Warrior brand has provided a convenient way to get both creatine and collagen in one go with these sachets. I found them really easy to mix into my morning protein shake and they did not change the flavour at all which is a definite plus point. I am taking them after my weight training sessions to help with muscle recovery and I feel like they are doing the job well. The fact they contain hydrolysed collagen peptides means they are also good for my joints and my skin which is a bonus. The individual sachets are super handy for taking to the gym or if I am going away for a weekend break. I appreciate the high quality ingredients they have used and the blend is excellent for supporting my fitness goals. I would certainly recommend trying these for anyone who wants to simplify their supplement routine. Good size and value.
Dissolves Poorly
This 'recovery drink' comes as sachets in a cardboard box and lined up neatly in there. The sachets are easy to open and pour.I used them with about half a pint of water, and again with about a pint.In both cases, it dissolved poorly.Tastes slightly salty, but mostly I'm liking the flavour of it, so it goes down easily. At about £1 a go, they don't feel great value for money.
tasty
quality creatine sachets, the product is easy to enjoy, as it doesn't have that sharp salty taste some products have, the product gave me quite a bit of energy during a workout. The product is effective and is quite tasty, which I love. This product is definitely of value. I'd recommend it.
Quite pleasant tasting Creatine & Collagen sachets
These came in a neat box stand with 15 individual sachets which are great for using on the go. There is 3g of Creatine in the sachet and 5g of Collagen Peptides, so decent doses. They mixed in a shaker ok, and of course they were fine added to a smoothie. It tasted quite pleasant added to water and dissolved well, but I did put a bit of raw honey in to pep it up a bit. Prefer it in a shaker with milk though, and I've also added a sachet to yogurt though I had to stir that a bit more to get it to dissolve properly.I like these and they are reasonable value. I'll definitely be looking to buy more in the future especially the ones with electrolytes.
Tastes Good, Mixes Well
I got the Creatine with Collagen, and happy with it. Like most Warrior products I've had, it's got a decent flavour, it mixes as well as creatine does (there's always a certain amount of grittiness which is unavoidable).
Convenient, Tasty, and Great for Recovery
These creatine plus collagen sachets are super handy for on-the-go use. The combination of hydrolysed collagen and creatine monohydrate makes them great for supporting muscles, joints, and even skin health. I really like that they’re zero sugar but still taste surprisingly good. They mix easily in water without clumping, which is a big plus. I’ve noticed better post-workout recovery and less joint stiffness since using them. Each sachet is the perfect portion, especially for taking to the gym or keeping in a bag.
Creatine
I’ve been using the Warrior Creatine Plus Collagen sachets for about a month, mainly post-workout, and they’re a convenient way to combine creatine supplementation with collagen peptides. The powder mixes easily in water without clumping, and the flavour is neutral enough that it doesn’t taste artificial, which makes daily use simple. From a results perspective, I can’t claim any dramatic changes yet, but I do feel slightly more recovery support in my joints, likely from the collagen, and the creatine seems to help with my overall workout endurance. The single-serve sachets are very handy for travel or gym use, eliminating the need for scoops or measuring. One downside is that for those used to larger creatine doses, the amount per sachet may feel low, so if you’re aiming for high-dose creatine cycles, you might need multiple sachets or additional supplementation. The packaging is tidy, though tearing open sachets can occasionally create a little powder spillage.Overall, this product is practical for anyone looking to combine creatine and collagen supplementation in a single, easy-to-use format. It’s not revolutionary in performance gains, but it’s convenient, mixes well, and provides a decent nutritional boost post-workout.
