National Account Executive
Role Description
We’re excited to introduce this brand-new role as part of the continued growth of our fast-paced commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business at an exciting time and play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our national accounts function, driving performance across key retail and wholesale partners. The National Account Executive will play a key role within the commercial team, supporting the delivery and growth of key retail and wholesale accounts. This is a commercially focused position, working closely with National Account Managers to drive sales performance, optimise category growth, and execute best-in-class trade and promotional activity.
The role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-paced retail environments. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day account management, driving insight-led decision making, and ensuring excellent execution across promotions, pricing, and product range management.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Trading Support
• Provide high-quality commercial and administrative support across retail and wholesale accounts
• Partner with Account Managers to support delivery of category sales, margin, and profit targets
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, promotional activity, and category trends
• Identify opportunities to improve rate of sale, drive growth, and enhance category performance
• Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to generate actionable insight
• Complete and manage New Line Forms accurately and efficiently
• Support execution of in-store activations in collaboration with retail media and field teams
Promotions & Pricing
• Support the end-to-end setup and execution of promotions, pricing changes, and campaign activity
• Track and evaluate promotional performance, providing clear insights on effectiveness and ROI
• Ensure pricing across all channels is accurate, competitive, and aligned to commercial strategy
• Support continuous improvement of promotional planning and execution processes
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
• Act as a key point of contact for convenience suppliers and provide support across key multiple accounts
• Assist in managing supplier communications, forecasts, and product launch activity
• Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure clear communication and coordination across all stakeholders to support trading performance
Range & Product Management
• Support the end-to-end process for new product listings and delistings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product and range data across internal systems
• Assist in range reviews and broader category planning activities
• Support continuous improvement of product and category performance through insight-led recommendations
Desirable Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years’ experience in a commercial, account management, trading, or FMCG support role (desirable)
• Strong analytical skills with confidence in Excel and interpreting sales data
• Good understanding of retail, wholesale, or FMCG environments
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and develop within a commercial team
• Experience working with national retailers or convenience channels is an advantage
• A genuine interest in sales performance, category growth, and commercial trading
