Brand Ambassador

Role Description

We’re excited to introduce this brand-new role as part of the continued growth of our fast-paced marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business at an exciting time and play a key role in shaping and supporting future marketing activity. The Brand Ambassador is the engine of the sampling operation. They run the consumer-facing flow at the truck and at Gym sites — handing out samples, talking to consumers, capturing content, keeping the kit tidy and the queue moving. They’re the second pair of hands and the second voice on camera. This is a 4-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sampling: handing out flyers and sachets to runners at parkruns, race ambushes and public streets. Cut RAW bar samples at Gym and Supermarket sites.
  • Talking to consumers: short, energetic conversations about Warrior products. We’ll train you on the science (creatine + electrolytes, creatine + collagen) so you can answer the common questions.
  • Capturing content: filming and stills on owned filming gear. Some of this is b-roll (truck shots, queues forming, samples being handed over); some is in front of camera (you, the Tour Lead, consumers reacting). The in-house brand team edits and posts — you supply the raw material.
  • Setting up and packing down the rig each day — flags, gazebo, A-frames, sample station.
  • Keeping inventory tidy. You’ll be reconciling sample counts at the end of each day with the Tour Lead.
  • Looking after the consumer experience at all sites — being a brand-positive presence, leaving a clean impression with the gym manager, briefing them on locker drops.

Required skills

  • Strong people skills, energy and warmth. The job is conversational. People who get drained by talking to strangers shouldn’t apply.
  • Comfortable on camera. Same standard as Tour Lead — not polished, but unselfconscious.
  • Right to work in the UK for the full contract duration (1 June – 5 October 2026).
  • Available for the full 18-week tour window, including weekends and early morning starts. This works on a 7 days on 7 days off rota.
  • Physically capable of setting up the rig and standing/walking for 6–8 hour shifts.

Desirable Skills

  • Background in fitness, run-club culture, supplements, sports nutrition, retail or events.
  • Previous brand ambassador, festival, retail, hospitality or events crew experience.
  • A social-media following in fitness, running or lifestyle space — UGC creators very welcome.
  • UK driving licence.

Personality fit

  • Takes direction well, asks good questions, doesn’t need to be told twice.
  • Self-starter on small stuff — sees the queue building, the tide-over needed, the bin that’s full.
  • Loyal to the brand. Same as Tour Lead — we want people who care about Warrior’s mission, not just the next pay cheque.

What we offer

  • Opportunity to help shape and grow a fast-scaling team
  • Direct access to senior leadership, enabling fast decision making and minimal layers of approval
  • Competitive base salary with a performance related bonus
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providing confidential support for wellbeing, finances and much more
  • Employee discount across all Warrior products
  • Cycle Scheme
  • Employee perks platform with retailer discounts
